To devise, lead, deliver, assess and perform as required

The class provides a constructive learning environment, physical activity, creative goal, achievement, reflection, peer critique and positive reinforcement

The Physical, Psychological and Aesthetic Impact of Dance;  

• Significant improvement of self esteem, self respect or pride in oneself
• Flexibility of mucles and range of motion of bone joints
• Lung capacity or function of lungs
• Aerobic capacity or cardiovascular endurance 
• The aesthetics of  dance;  Engaging intellect of non verbal communication to convey depths of feeling, expression of emotions and attitudes
• Learn new dance techniques & dance styles
• Invite & encourage the exploration of new cultures, their dances, music, costumes and history.
• Provide opportunities for the students to develope & nurture their individual talents, diverse styles and backgrounds and encourage the development of choreography and teaching to a professional level

 To work with all levels of dancers and non dancers to interpret and develop ideas and transform them into the finished performance.
